Old friends going to Australia

I have some old friends back home (in Linköping), who are
going to Australia soon. So we'll throw them a party (or
they will throw us, I don't know, but there will be a
party).

So what do you know about australia?
Please let me know all the important facts so I can let them
know about it, and perhaps prevent them from getting lost
somewhere or bitten by a snake/spider/croc/croc-hunter.

thanks.

inform

hm... the thing is the party is this weekend (and I think it
will be the last time I see them before they leave)...
So I don't think I will have enough time to do that, but
thanks for the tip.

omg LOL high five on round the twist hahahahahahahahahah
dude!

Umm if you're walking in thich bushes stamp your feet so
snakes think youre a huge ass beast and won't bite you (this
is true) umm wear shitloads of sunblock if youre in the sun,
be careful to swim in safe areas only (ie between flags).

I dunno, it's pretty much like everywhere else it's not liek
a bushland everywhere only in the middle. where no one lives
haha.
but yeah just remember you get really burned really easily.

if they decide to go bush walking, make sure you tell them
to stamp their feet if they dont want to be bitten by
snakes.......stamping feet = vibrations = snakes scared = no
getting bitten = scaring the natural wildlife away = bad if
you want to see natural bush animals

When walking in the bush, stamp your feet to ward off enemy
snakes, for they are afraid of feet. It doesnt matter if no
one around you is stomping, that just means they want snakes
to bite them. If you do happen to get bitten by a snake,
common procedure is to lie down on the ground, hold your
foot and scream, then tell your loved ones you will miss
them.

Dont bother buying a car when your there, you can always
hitch a ride in a kangaroo.
To snag a kangaroo, simply sneak up behind one and step on
its tail, preventing its escape. Once caught, you must find
its pouch, undo the zip and hop in - only one person per
pouch, mind! The kangaroo can be steered tugging specific
nipples located within the pouch, known as 'steering nips',
and you can accelerate by moving side to side in a rapid
motion. Once you have reached your destination, you have but
to command the kangaroo to stop, and it shall do so. Be sure
to park your kangaroo where you can find it again later.

oh I know :)

bad news though, this excellent party has been moved to
another place... It will now be held at this guy's
appartment (and he's known to host nice parties).
But I will probably have less control over the music now,
since somebody lives where we'll be partying.
But I am very much looking forward to going home and meet
the crew.
I don't know the peeps going to Aus so very well, they are
more friends of my best (back home) friends.
