I don't know any of them, but if I was forced to ask one of them a question, I'd ask Safety Scissors why they/she/he chose a name that conjures up such an image of frustration, helplessness, and sometimes even terror in many people - that can't be good for sales. |

ask req if he is going to do a more varied album next like frequency jams, or a boring disappointing one like car paint scheme. ask jamie lidell what track off 'muddlin gear' is untitled. theres 13 tracks and 12 on the track listing, but the last track on the listing is the last song, so its one of the middle tracks. |

i have all of req's albums, 'one' was dark and repetetive, but emotional, 'frequency jams' was experimental and had some great ambient tracks on it, 'sketchbook' was better produced but the tracks were more samey (except a few great ones like colours and 3/4) and it was in analogue for some reason. 'car paint scheme' was made 6 years ago just after frequency jams but is just being released now, it mostly has repetative minimal percussion like 'one' but not trying to be emotional, mabey i should give it anotehr listen but i found it empty and disappointing, no standout tracks on it. |

thank you for qustions. vladislav is rare electronic superstar, so diverse, complicated and amzing to watch and speak with him. he was last on the bill on friday and he watched all dj's and live acts cause he wanted to. but he's one of the one day one, other day other story. he was interested in situation in our country, he asked my was i afraid when nato was bombing us...i told him everything about our war-clubbing, beking on acid when the nearest bomb in the centre of city has been dropped..... req (i'll talk with him tomorrow, but my friend already did it so i can answer) car paint scheme is collection of songs which is compiled by some skint records guys who choose that track of 50 (that was the total tracks amount). some old some new..for some reason skint again didn't wanted to release it and warp just printed these selection. (i'll go further with him tomorow)...strange taht req dont know who is jame lidell.... jamie is soooo weird... yesterday at the party, in teh backstage were sutekh, safesty scissors, vladislav delay, kevin blechdom, kit clayton,gold chains,jamie lidell...and all of them were soooo drunk (except maybe sutekh and vladislav-- he was lat to paly) and they just flipped out. tehy destroyed so much things....kit clayton wanted to dj two more times , he wanted to mc over luomo and he was constantly hunting for gold chains' mike. tehy were al like kids....but clayton went to far and because of that he'll not received the money. again thx for all the questiones, but if you have them more, please write, tomorrow will be the very long day.... |
