Last night I got drunk and I made this track out of a sample of me hitting a glass of water with a knife. It's not great or anything, but it's kinda neat to think that every sound in the track was made with one sample. pomme de terre - knifin' around |

It took a year to download. The structure sounds aurally "correct". Perhaps the positions of the notes are rigid but the notes aren't. What is a bigger waste of time, me writing this or you reading it? anyway, the rest of the "structure" makes the rigidness of the melody much less in need of remedy. um... what else would be nice to write here... duck horse cow, toothbaspt well I suppose that (snora the track does not have much replay value. This concludes my comment. Oh yeah, I forgot to make some sort of "joke" about how you a moderator should share much better music. And I probably normally would call someone gay in a typical post, so I'll just call zeus gay because... just look at his picture. Welp, that's all from me. I do feel the christmas vibe here. Pomme, i was getting very very tired of this whole music scene. IDM got boring and stale. Thanks for changing that. Make a christmas album so i can listen to it on cold days! |

nice track! I made some track from only one sound a while back too.. it was the tone you get when just lifting off the phone, recorded on a bad mic, from two metres away (which means that I had to turn the volume up to full on the mic, which made the sample sound real shitty.. it made a good track, though, I think...) (may need to be "save as.."'ed) |
