ok I didn't really think the Creatures were all that
popular but it seems their new single is at 13 in the UK
singles charts. How this has happened I don't know, maybe
for the first time in years there will be something decent
on top of the popt.

For those of you who don't know The Creatures are Sioxsie
and Budgie from Siouxsie and the Banshees. I'm off to buy
the single :)

you know what that means - The Man must be behind it. And by
The Man, I mean Jesus.

Did they do 'Prettiest Thing' like, years ago? I downloaded
it and it wasn't any cop, but the live version - just drums
and vocals - which I saw on the Glastonbury highlights was
excellent.

i'd love to see them live, I think they are touring next
year. I missed Siouxsie and the Banshees play last year cos
The Cure were on the same night.

very strange. music week and their website have NO info
whatsoever about this release but it seems that they have
released a new single called godzilla this week. 3 different
cd singles (which will quickly disappear after a couple of
weeks so buy them now if you want them) and a new album next
week.

the single didn't even get into the charts, they don't seem
to count most of the sales from independant record stores,
if they did it would have been in the top 20, shame as it
would have been cool to have seen them on top of the pops.

have a look in the news section at their site, seems they've
been f**ked over by the crappy uk music industry.
