In no particular order. 1. I found I have a £2 off voucher for the boookstore where I get my textbooks. This means I will be able to afford the new mixer I'm saving for just that little bit sooner. 2. I'm very happy with some drum and bass tracks I've made. I'm just giving them some polish and finishing them off and I'll make an EP out of the best four tracks. 3. My DJing is improving a lot. Due to circumstance I'm not playing out as often, but I'm getting a lot better technically. 4. I've got a new ambient piece I'm working on that so far is amongst my favourite three tracks I've done. I'll take a lot of time to finish it, but it'll be damned good when it's ready. 5. I'm making good progress on a music making collaboration project I started a while ago. 6. I'm interested in all my courses at university. All my lecturers are sound and I get on really well with the ones overseeing my major project. 7. I've got a job lined up for when I graduate next year. 8. I have good friends. 9. I really enjoy swimming. 10. I'm not ill at the moment, no one I really care about is seriously ill either. |
