Saw this guy on and indian talkshow on bbc
yesterday...amazing live bongos(i forget what the indian
ones are called) with sweet feedback shit happening. Very
fast, getting jungly. Always meant to get some records of
his but never bothered......I'll bother now!
any thoughts? (related to this, you smartarses)

I like feedback.

Bongos are brilliant.

Early this year i went to see a man play some music, he had
a violin with only a few strings + a lap top + some metal
crocodile clips + a plastic spoon + some delay pedals.

he made some interesting sounds with the above

there was this other japanese man playing a sampler with all
of the memory wiped and some effects units, the sound from
this was very pure and very high pitched, it was nice but
lasted for about 45 mins, it wa slightly pretentious

Have you seen how funny Mitch Hedberg looks like without
those glasses he wears, those aviator or whatever glasses,
and he looks girlish, a lil bit though.

the guy is one of the best tabla players in the world.
check out Anokah-Sounds of the Asian underground, for a mix
of great Asian influenced tunes.
