today is the first day of classes up here, and I am not ready.
It's my third year at college, but the workload is about to increase 2x or so.
I hope everyone who is just starting off does well, and if you are already underway, keep them grades up.
good luck kids.....

I go back properly a week today. I guess that puts an end to practising DJing 2 hours a day, Working on tracks 2 hours a day and swimming three times a week :/
Fortunately I've prepared quite well for my final year and have read up on all my subjects so it shouldn't be such a huge amount to learn. My plan is aim for a 1st and end up with a 2:1

I'm lucky enough to go to a college where they're not too hot on petty things like "attendance" (thank god). I like college, cos it means i have an excuse not to work full time...

A lot of my friends say that I am quite good at doing long term planning, I've already got my career plan for the next 5/6 years sorted. I accept that unforseen events may change it, but it's nice to have something in place so that if nothing drastic does happen I'll at least not wander aimlessly for a bit and then at 30 think, "Damn, I wasted my 20s doing bugger all!"

i started my 1st year a month ago.
& i agree AMinal, they don't get on your case about attendance & stuff like they do in high school, but we're more responsible for ourselves now since we paid for it.
