your work ip is different from you home ip, yes. dialup users normally have dynamic ip's, which means that the ip is constantly changing every four hours, or when you reboot the computer or re-connect to the internet. A static ip is always the same. I have a static ip, which is really shit if I was to be banned from the board for some reason. |
