i like the jazzy type...i once heard some jazzy spoken word dnb record and thought it was awesome; but i don't know who that was.

-->[] & Amon Tobin are the most obvious examples of more complex, jazz - influenced D n' B, but I'm starting to get into this my self, so I'm not the best person to be asking.
London Funk Allstars & Plug are a bit older - school, but a great place to start, I'd think.

nightmares on wax is as jazzy as it gets when it comes to techno. smokers delight is awesome. i've been listening to it avidly for about the last month.
