pretty interesting.. it shows that the US wanted to provoke
the cuba to attack so the U.S. could intervene militarily

i like p. 10-11, quite specific... that "we could blow up a
ship in guantanamo bay and blame cuba" bit is really damning

Yup, this is pretty shocking. And i'd bet that not a great
deal has changed. And furthermore, i'd bet that the full
extent isn't uncovered for another 40 years.
