It's really interesting Nintendo licensed their main characters to Philips back in the ninetees. After 3 Zelda games and 1 Mario game, released on the CD-i console, the USA-based NovaLogic was developing "Super Mario Wacky Worlds" for CD-i. The game never saw the light of day, but a proto version (0.11) was on eBay last week and was sold for over 100 dollars.
Super Mario Wacky Worlds was supposed to be a clone of the famous SNES Super Mario World.
