yeah, just done it. i'm feeling alot better now. no glitches, no malfunctions, no errors, faster working. i have to format my disk about every month. yeah i have to admit that i don't care about my baby really, but even with winxp and norton utilities don't help after three weeks install/uninstall... |

I haven't done it yet. I've had this puter for 2 years, but not yet. I will get a new HD this week (YAY!).. more space for the Key business. |

I have formatted mine at least 5 times this year. I had trouble with ME. So I switched to XP. That wouldn`t work so I went back to ME, got a virus, installed ME again!! and now I am sitting happily With Win 2K Pro and I even installed an XP theme so it looks like XP. And I must say, Win 2K is the most reliable system I've used so far. I have learned my lesson and I am anti-virused and firewalled up and it's all running like clockwork so far. Hopefully no more reinstalls for me! |

I've had a few harddrive crashes, and I STILL didn't format. 4 years, and I haven't formatted shit. You'd think I'd learn my lesson... I'm planning on doing it soon... but backing stuff up is such a pain... I'll put it off until 2006. |

w2k is quite stable unless you install that weird security patch that should fix the msblast bug but changes svchost.exe registry entries to svchost entries which cause the system to crash like every 5 minutes |
