Here is the deal. I talked to his own mother about an hour ago. I asked for him and she originally hung up on me. I called back and talked to her for at least 45 minutes. She supposedly admitted that he had a mental condition. I asked why if he had a mental condition he would have his own phone line. She admitted for "emergency purposes". I asked what emergency and she replied "If he needs to call his dad" I made the point that it was the same residence and that he wouldn't need to call there. She had no reply. She asked for my number at least 5 -9 times. I refused. I covinced her that i happened to work for Ameritech (phone company) and that i refuse to block her number because i stuggle to pay the bills as is. She refused to talk to her own son after 45 minutes of discussion. I explained that i know where she lives and why i know such info (because tom wont block the #) I also explained that i am not trying to make a big deal but it has been going on since March of this year. She replyed by calling me a "pussy" and "a real man would change his number" |

I asked a number of times to just "talk to tom" and "let's just handle this like adults" to which she was unreceptive. She asked for my number saying "If you give it to me i can block him from calling that". i clairified that i worked at Ameritech and that wasn't possible. I could block her number but she couldn't actually block herself or others of calling me on the basis that if you are actually mentally compitent you don't need to block yourself from calling number. I explained that i could call the authorities on the basis that it has happened over 6 months. Which would be a felony or what have you. Over all she was unreseptive to what i had to say and didn't care about my opinion. According to her i was in the wrong and "i should be a man about this" Considering the fact that she complained about multiple people prank calling her. I brought that up as a point and she had no response. |
