I really mean sucks. So anal and boring and repetitive.
It's a fucking joke. Whoever fucking signed them needs their
head kicking in. Writing to reach my ass more like.

The banjo! Used on 'Sing' I believe...

I had to listen to their album while I was being driven
across Spain (twice!) and it was extremely painful. But I do
like the banjo.

Good god. Twice? I'm surprised your ears are still working
after that! I'd have rammed pencils down both ears and burst
the drums to not hear it.

I remember when me and pOgO were having a quiet drink in a
pub when some drunken arse came up and tried to sit down
with us. I told him to bugger off and then 'Turn' came on
the jukebox and he said "Oooh, I fuckin wrote this I did, I
wrote it about my mate who died an I gave it to Travis like
cause they fuckin mates with me innit". He then sang loudly
and tunelessly along with the entire track, after which I
hacked his head off with my broken pint glass.

heard a cover of "hit me baby one more time"

or whatever, and it was funny cuz the crowd was laughing and
such.

Their first album was great. The last two had about... four
or five good songs on all together. Such a shame. New one's
more interesting though, apparently.
I quite like them. And they're fun live.

Blah, I didn't mind them when they first came around, but
the stuff i've heard on the radio since 'why does it always
rain' or 'driftwood' or whatever has been awful. Whoever
fronts the band has disappeared up his own botty.

I really like Travis. The Man Who was much better than the
Invisible Band, though.

Am I going to be de-modded for liking them?

i dont like anything by them very bland
but the new video is good, its all about domestic violence
and makes the new song listenable

There are shit loads of other bands and acts that suck way
more than travis. Sure, they are prissy and limp, but
atleast they aren't flashing their six packs on stage and
singing like bad Richard MArx imitations.

I kinda enjoy their cds... I have their last two, and
they're pretty good...
