you could feel the sky

I just realized (at 4:40am on a workday) that this is one
of the best BoC tracks...I don't know why I have overlooked
it (haven't been as much into Geogaddi as I could have
been)...

always nice to make such an experience :)

yeah, good track... I haven't listened to Geogaddi in
ages... maybe I'll put it on tonight!

I'm discovering my Passarani favorites at the moment. Got my
mp3 player full of it.

It's really strange because i was listening to geogaddi on a
late walk and you could feel the sky is really over powering
and beautiful.

Mind you the whole album never get's any less mind blowing!

It's my second favourite BoC track of all time, after
Everything you do is a balloon.

I'd say ready let's go and corsair are amazing tracks off
that album. I can't quite remember what you could feel the
sky is like, maybe I'll put it on right now. I'd be really
excited to hear some new stuff by these blokes. From what
I've heard of unreleased stuff (website, that one swedish?
communications commercial) I like where they're going. (or
maybe staying, however you'd like to think of it)

"Happy Cycling" also is brilliant...too bad it's only on the
american release of MHTRTC :-/

you could feel the sky was one of my favorites off of
geogaddi. still is.

corsair is very good too.

Happy Cycling is pretty sweet. Makes me feel good
when i'm down.

You Could Feel the Sky has such strange percussive
elements. That sound is so weird. Sounds like ropes being
pullled and snapped. I love it.

I love the melodies at the end of happy cycling!

But i think that dawn chorus is my fave boc track at the
moment, it's just so amazingly beautiful as is over the
horizon radar.

My favorite BOC track lately has been ''Open the Light''
from MHTRTC... I wish they'd do more beautiful beatless
tracks like this and Zoetrope... nice sounding stuff that
doesn't have the kind of unsettling undercurrent a lot of
Geogaddi seems to have.

I think the whole magic of geogaddi is the sinister edge.

I love mhtrtc but it dosen't stand up well as an album
compared to geogaddi.

Open the light is another fave of mine to btw.

its funny you mention that because I had never really
'heard' that track until a while ago when I was shrooming.
It totally caught my attention because it was so beautiful
and engrossing. Definately one of their best.

I've said it before and I'll say it again now... excellent
track, but that farting noise ruins it for me.

farting...hmm if boc is known for subliminal shit, maybe
thats boc's metaphor for creation, or output...you know like
a fart comes out and its there it spreads..it rises too
maybe the rising is a metaphor for success, successful
output....wtf? well this post served nothing, maybe except
next time you fart you can call it a "successful output"

amphetamines make me move without any music......but yea
acid i can't say nufin bad bout it....cept the word is worn
out, the term is like a total wanna-be-hacker type of word.

too

Everything you do is a balloon, you could feel the sky,
5/9/78 (if i remember the title correctly), buckie high...
God i love these old tunes songs but i have only got the
half of them and from what i've heard it's hard to tell
what's boc and what's not, although you ought to be able to
tell by the style of the music.
