let me say a few things first. 1) i was sick so i drank quite a bit of nyquil before i went to bed. that might have had something to do with it. 2) when i say "that girl" i'm referring to a girl i know only in my dreams. she's a reoccurring character that i can't describe very well other than 'blonde, black dress' and she's in quite a bit of my dreams. is this strange? anyway...the story goes: i had to go back to high school for some reason to take some sort of test. i was with my buddies tom & josh and that girl. we took an underground passage that led to the middle of town (this doesn't really exist) and were smoking herb most of the way. when we came out of the passage an old woman saw us smoking herb and gave us a look as if we killed her whole family. she went inside presumably to call the cops so we darted. we made it to the school and started taking the test. in the middle of it that girl turns around and hands me my bowl packed with yellow shit that looked like pollen. i say "wtf is this" and she says "that's SARS that shit FUCKS you up." so i shrug my shoulders and light up. turns out the teacher, who was mr. szabo an old teacher of mine from high school, was looking right at me. he says something along the lines of "i can't believe you just did that, i'm gonna have to write you a pass to the office". and he does. i SLOWLY place the bowl on josh's desk hoping nobody will see me do it. nobody does (wtf?). then i whisper to him "place the owl-bay in my ag-bay" and my open backpack is sitting on the floor next to him. he looks at me and says "i hate you." the bell rings and we leave. teacher asks "do you want your pass to the office?" and i say "nah, i'll just go there." we go into the hallway and tom says "you're never coming back here are you?" and i say "not unless there's another stupid test we have to take." josh asks "What was the test on?" and we all stand around puzzled. now this SHOULD have sparked a lucid dream, as questions l |

now this SHOULD have sparked a lucid dream, as questions like that usually do for me...but since it didn't crazier hijinx ensue.... we get outside and see some kids chilling on the steps (my high school doesn't have steps. keep in mind that this is dreamworld high school and dreamworld town which look totally different but are the same in my head). a kid i knew from high school and college named al took my shoe and took it apart. i don't know why. then 4 cop cars pulled up and a shitload of cops got out. they said "look! it's wes!" and arrested some kid with the same hairstyle and EXACT same clothing as me, who was standing right next to me for some reason. we all split up and run for our homes. i decide that it would make sense for me to ditch my backpack. i place it in a bush but part of it is obviously sticking out. not good enough. fortunately, dream logic comes in and i take ALL my clothing off to cover up the backpack. so i'm safe now, just. gotta run naked through the streets to get home. i decide that i need to take a crap first. (i'm not making any of this up) i hop a fence into someone's yard and start pooping away on their lawn. i think to myself "i hope nobody's looking..." and turn around to see a sliding glass door with 12 or so people behind it staring at me. i do a side-flip over the fence and run away, grabbing leaves off bushes for....well you know. THEN, luck goes my way and i see a couple having sex in the back of a pickup truck. i steal their clothing and put it on, red sweatshirt and khakis. i mess up my hair then and run for the underground passage. no good, the passage has flashing lights in it. i run down the steet but there's cop cars at the end. the only hope is to take the underground railroad tracks that don't exist...but alas, there's a cop at that gate too. i run through the gate, and he turns to me and recites the entire dream up till that point (which is prob |

(which is probably why i remembered it so well). then i just ran. i run down the railroad tracks as fast as i can. at some point, i encounter a gang of mexicans and/or cubans with baseball bats. they're all wearing blue shirts. "that girl" is tied up to a post, and they're all looking at me with ill intent. they slowly step towards me ready to pummel my ass..... when i wake up, sit up in bed and say "TOTALLY AWESOME" then proceed to write down the events. wow it took 3 posts to paste all of that. anyone else here big on dreaming or lucid dreams? i am. |

i had this dream last night where i was in a hurry to go somewhere and i was in my room and i was putting weed away but i didn't have a bag, so there was this stack of laundry, so i took the weed and put it in a little pile under a couple shirts. when i came back the shirts were all gone and my mom was really upset which is wierd cause she doesn't really even care about that shit. i felt bad |

whenever i dream that i am back in highschool, i recognize that i am dreaming and become lucid. if your lucid dreaming triggers weren't working, i would blame the nyquil. Nyquil usually makes me sleep totally dreamless and when i wake up, i have no sense of time having passed. i hate that stuff. |

i slept a good 12 hours so that might explain the epic proportions of it. and since i've been sick the last couple of days and taking nyquil it's been giving me crazy shit. the other night i dreamed me and "that chick" were playing FFX and in the end one of the characters went to throw and item off a cliff but fell face first down a slope of jagged rocks...dying in a quite gory way. then i said to her "does it really end that way?" (i never actually beat the game) and i woke up. does anyone else have reoccuring themes or characters? |

yes Q i have died in a dream once. Defying the idea that it can't happen. But if you think about it years ago "they" (experts) said lucid dreaming is an impossibility due to the fact that you are not supposed to be able to attain consciousness in a dream. |

yeah, that is a nice dream. i had a dream once when i was younger that i climbed up this 100-ft. diving board, but the pool was empty. i dared some people to jump in, and they died. i go home to my family, and at night, the guys who jumped came back to life as these undead creatures and said they were going to kill me. I asked them if I could say goodbye to my mom first, and I did, crying my eyes out, and then they stabbed me. I died instantly. I woke in up in what was either Heaven or Purgatory, I couldn't tell. But the weird thing was it was EXACTLY the same as our world, except everything was shimmering and of a lighter hue. Even my house, my whole neighborhood was there, but when I went in my house, someone else had lived there and they didn't know who I was. Crazy. |

Dream number two - the night before my VERY first live show, I had a dream that someone had stolen my equipment and pawned it. I saw it in a pawn shop, and told the owner, "Hey! That's my stuff!" And then they proceeded to DESTROY it right before my eyes - I was screaming and wailing, and I woke up drenched in sweat. It was weird - especially being before my first live show, and things went horribly wrong there. |

Dream number three - Back in high school, after my longest relationship ended, the girl had said that she didn't even want to be my friend anymore. And ever since she has disacknowledged the fact she ever knew me, but the funny thing is, all the friends she used to hang with ditch her, because they say she's a "crackwhore" now. Anyways, this dream is short, I'm walking in all filled with people, but they're all black and white except for me - she walks by, not noticing me, and yes she's in color. And she continues to do so, almost as if she's taunting me but doesn't even realize it. And dream number 4 is actually good - I had this recurring dream when I was real young. I would warp to this kingdom in space with houses made of purple quartz, and I hung out with this fine looking indian princess in tight blue jeans. and no we never did anything naughty in the dream. i saved that kingdom many times. |

i've died multiple occasions: -was swimming in a pool and a metal sheet moved over the surface trapping me and drowning me. i came back as a ghost on top of the metal sheet. -was stabbed in the eye and in the chest by a terrorist (never watching the news before bed again). however i stood there, terrified, then realizing i was not dead it became a lucid dream. so something good came out of it. -nothingness (which was brown for some reason) started rising up from my basement floor. i ran to the top of my house for safety but it eventually reached me and ended my life. -i was watching a bmx destruction derby type game and someone flew out of the arena into me killing me instantly. -i was driving a car, when the dream became lucid. however despite the lucidity i could not make cuba gooding jr leave the passenger seat. the only solution was to drive off the side of the earth, killing us both. and it worked. the list goes on... and yes if i ever have a lucid dream with that girl i'm gonna ask her her name. it would be some crazy shit to have a girlfriend in the dream world. |
