maybe you have an epstine barr virus infection, commonly
known as Mononucleosis or 'Mono.'

or maybe you need to examine your diet.

or maybe you have hypohemia.

or dyptheria

or dyspepsia

or anemia

or insomnia

or fuzzyfeelinia.

yeah, it's probably fuzzyfeelinia, judging by your
description of symptoms.

I have almost exactly the same thing, never feeling totally
"AWAKE " and drinking tea all the time. I can't remember the
last time i felt bright eyed and bushy tailed , i think
thats how the saying goes.

Drinking so much tea could cause this fuzzy tirred feeling.

Orr this fuzzy tirred feeling could cause us to drrink lots
of tea.

I think I might trry and cut some of the caffine out.

Try switching to Camomile tea. Caffine free and relaxing,
so takes care of head aches as well.

go to bed earlier, get out of bed at a normal time

really, a good sleeping pattern does wonders imo

and if you get something done on a day, youll get rid of the
feeling as well, if you have this 'im not doing anything
with my life - im tired of this shit' feeling

(thats my problem really... dunno if that helps)
