It was inevitable, but still lamentable, that Robert
Rodriguez would gussy up his production values when given
more than $7,000 to rework his famously austere El
Mariachi

el mariachi was numero uno.
desperado was numero dos.
ouatim is numero tres.

a trilogy of sorts. he wants it to be like sergio leone's
the good the bad and the ugly, for a fistful of dollars, and
for a few dollars more. the "nameless man trilogy" with mr.
clint easwood. mmmm.

Desperado was really quite bad IMO.

i don't see whats so bad about this really. sounds like it
could be quite entertaining, and i'm not sure what more you
want out of the supposed trilogy, seeing as they're just
action movies anyway.

Not too up to speed are you Ape, this movie finished filming
like 2 years ago.

Every review I've read of this movie has said - "More of the
same, if you liked the first two then that's a good thing."
Well I loved Desperado and I liked El Mariachi a lot. The
wait is finally over this month!
