I have been in therapy for a couple of months now, and my
psychiatrist sold me this hypnotherapy cd (on Swedish
though), but it's fucking wicked. I feel much more relaxed.
I have started making music again. I have more patience.
Whether it's BS or not, I feel great.

hypnotherapy, eh? that makes me think of whaddyacallit,
hypnopaedia, from brave new world (a. huxley)
kinda creepy... what if she slips something in like "and the

I have heard the track in a conscious condition and I know
what it says...

It says something like that I should relax all muscles in my
body and fall into a trance. It says that I will have more
confidence in myself and that I will relax more in my daily
life. It also says that as each day goes by the trust in
myself will become bigger.
