It REALLY fuckin' did rock. I've yet to see a movie about Jason Voorhees that wasn't INCREDIBLE, except that awful one where he wasn't even in it... 5, I think. I was going for Jason, but it's hard to cheer against Robert Englund.
Good bloody fun. Can't wait for part 2, and 3, and 4, and 5, and 6. 7 will probably suck though.

I hadn't seen any Freddy or Jason movies before this one, but it was quite enjoyable. It was by no means "good," but it was violent, exciting, scary, and funny.

Saw it last night. Wouldn't ordinarily but I was with friends. Surprisingly good.. I loved every minute of it.. never seen any Nightmare on elm street or Halloween movies previously though.
