by slant magazine

Kraftwerk #1 TEE
Massive Attack #2 Blue lines
Well Aphex Twin in 3rd position with SAW,
** until there I agree **
and then underworld, leftfield, moby... and BOC 22nd, Black
Dog 23rd.

How can you include Moby or leftfield in the top 25 when in
the same time you put Kraftwerk as #1, Massive Attack as #2
and AFX as #3 (which is relevant but not my personal
choice).
IT'S A FUCKING BRAIN MANIPULATION TECHNIQUE - THEY
LEGITIMATE THEIR RANKING WITH REAL INNOVATIVE ARTISTS AT THE
VERY TOP POSITIONS AND THEN THEY PUSH THEIR MAINSTREAM
GARBAGE !!! THEY WANT ME TO BELIEVE THAT TEH MOBY >= BOC...
HAHAHAHAHAH I'M ROTFL LIKE A CRAZY SQUIRREL.

*I had to say this - I feel better now*

Kewl!
I've got half of that list!
(the better half offcourse!)

btw: That moby album is older than his popularity.

They actually give Madonna an honorable mention. Maybe they
should stick Def Leppard in there too.

Or maybe you've been brainwashed before to think that Boards
of Canada are better than Moby, who knows ?

Anyway, I think this page is quite old...

When they write 'Madonna' you have to read 'William Orbit'
(in this case) or 'Mirwais' .

NO I'M LISTENING TO BOC MP3s I GOT FROM AUDIOGALAXY - THEY
CANNOT "CONTROL" ME WITH THEIR SPECIAL FREQUENCIES (the so
called magic windows) BECAUSE OF THE LOSSY COMPRESSION.

Yes it is. Her last song (that I don't really like by the
way) is a good exemple of 'IDM' techniques used in
pop music.

Moby is 24th on this list, and BoC 22nd... so where have you
seen that they classified Moby better?! ' _ -

you've been brainwashed, indeed. ; )

i only have two CDs off that list (7\ and Björk) ' _ '
i think i'm missing... must check the Brian Eno at least,
apparently it's a very important ambient album or something.

Nobody said they classified Moby better than BoC.

I have six from the main list, and don't really like
SAW85-92, either.

OK but still leftfield is #19 and Daft Punk #18. But I can't
see no Fat Boy Slim.
