hey whoever might be from amerrrrica,
your friend and mine (j ashcroft) is coming to my hometown
tomorrow to give a speech as part of his campaign to promote
the Patriot Act..
should I go ahead and bump him off? It couldn't be THAT
hard.

Hey can I get arrested for saying stuff like that?

Has anybody seen my civil liberties? I seem to have lost
track of them...

PLEASE DO! Seriously. I do not approve of the so-called
"Patriot Act" at all. Stab him a few times in the gullet
tomorrow for me too.

I think you can get in trouble if you say something along
the lines of @$$@$$i_nation about the President.... some
crazy online fortune-telling kook named Sollog predicted the
president's(then bill clinton) death in 1995, and the
government pursued him for questioning....

Btw, if any government officials are reading this, all of
the above said is a JOKE, for fuck's sake.

climate of fear, oddio, that's the only way it's ever been
done... scare tactics and passive threats.
I am loading my sniper rifle and ascending the bell tower...

marlowe's wife is in some crap with the government because
the radio station she worked for got her involved in a
stupid stunt involving the president and now she's facing
some legal malarky...

fabulous, fabulous, fabulous

anybody keeping score here?
my favorite thing is the fact that they're shutting down our
head shops and taking away our bongs, even though it's
common knowledge that you can smoke pot out of an apple if
you're crafty enough...

my friend made a bong out a stolen decorative plastic baby
jesus once, you had to kiss it to hit it - but that's
another story for another topic.

might save their business. Mwahaha!

I'm not anti-government, or a lefty by any means, but that
Patriot Act is BAD NEWS.

it encroaches into the rights not mentioned, but inferred,
in the constitution. Fuck ashcroft.

I'm not a left winger at all either, but republican's have a
major problem. They claim that they are for smaller
government, and as a result they promote all their tax cuts
to show it. But then...
they create a whole new "homeland security department",
they increase military spending,
inflate the deficit,
and TIGHTEN security i.e. patriot act.
Another problem with the conservative platform:
religious affiliation and the 'war on drugs'.
I'm all for less government intervention, 'laissez faire'
and whatnot, but republicans are not the solution.
Niether are democrats for that matter.

you might be interested to know, that is why I plan to vote
for Arnold in our coming recall.

Simply to mix it up and get a non politician in office.
That's really my only considering, like you said, politics
is fucking backwards, dem/repub alike are all assholes.

I want a business man running the show like it's a business,
cut the fat, good employee relations and efficent.

If i had no party affiliation I'd probably vote for him
haha. Does it seem like he'll win? It seems likely to me,
just knowing that it's such a big deal with such a famous
person, people without a strong opinion will just go "Oh
cool! Arnold Schwarzenegger, I'm voting for him!"

But I support the libertarian party myself, so I'd vote for
whoever they've got running I guess.

smoking out of an apple is always great for a change, even
if you've got access to all the great glass in the world. it
makes for good, fun times while apple-modifying and with
some rich, fruity flavor.

also, you should suggest to ashcroft that it's really no use
ironically including the word "patriot" in the name of the
bill, when they really should know that it will probably go
down in history as the "turncoat act."

in this recall, you need to be careful though, whoever gets
the pluarity wins.

So, with 130 candidates, someone can win by conceivably
getting 2% of the total vote (provided all the other
candiates got 1% or so for each of them)

He is neck and neck with the former mayor of Los Angelos, I
want to say. I forget his name, hispanic fellow, Luiz
something.

I don't stay intune with this state very much anymore, but I
will be getting an absentee ballot to cast my vote in the
recall matter.
