Does anyone look at them? I don't know whether its because
of their colour, or the fact they've been there for so long
and don't move.....but I don't even notice them.

They are.
and they are not.

Maybe it's a good idea to put the pinned topics apart from
the others and not on top of the list.

but on the other hand...they don't bother me, so why should
they move?
