isn't oxtail soup just gravy with a bit of extra salt in
it?

So they make a soup and puts a tail from an ox in it?

I think i would prefer the gravy+salt.

do you drink soup or eat it? does it depend on which kind of
soup it is? heinz big soup you would probably eat but oxtail
has a thinner consistancy than guinness.

Oxtail soup is dull... too beef and salty for my taste,
mushroom soup is where it's at, thick and creamy mushroom
soup, and tomato soup too, far better than a tomato in a
salad, especially when those poncey chef's cut it in half
with some sort of serrated edge, better than tomato in any
other situation; and nougat: it's spelled nougat but
pronounced noo-gar; what's that all about?

My favorite soup is Ramen Noodles - well that's not proper
soup, but I drink the broth afterwards so it counts in my
book.

I find now a whole tin of tomato soup is just too dull to
finish, I need lots of brread with it.

tend to have a lot of soup for some reason.

actually it works for me too. it also helps when you're
drunk and trying to sober up. I guess the excess of fluids
in the system help speed up the alcohol's evacuation process
or some medicinal jargon like that....
