I tried zebox.com, turns out you have to pay now (bleh). I
tried my old haunt iuma.com but they wouldn't accept a
192kbps mp3.

Anywhere else I could try?

Does your ISP not give you webspace, that you could create
your own site in?

Try Electromancer.
Their only drawback is that you have to wait for tracks to
be processed - but that usually take about an hour or two or
overnight.

You're quite welcome!

Btw, their filesize limit is 8mb - a bit more lenient than
zebox - i'd say that enough space for at least a 128kbps
track of about 7 minutes in length....

eh? no - 8mb isn't the TOTAL limit, just the limit for each
file upon upload.

The file I want to upload (keeping in mind it the smallest
I'm willing to make it) is 9.15MB.

Chop it in half??? Are you insane... this is delicate mp3

Well unless you lower the bitrate you are royally fucked. Or
you could try tripod.co.uk

They give you 50Mb worth of space for not even the price of
Irn Bru bottle.

Well Jedi's suggestion appears to be the best so far, using
that free webspace from ntl. But that's going to be a
fucking wait as well.

re-record it in mono. unless you've been doing some serious
panning which is vital to the piece, then mono should be
*almost* as good but half the size.
