I appreciate your help in making the internet more convenient to navigate for all those people out there that don't want to go to that site and listen to the track anyway. *thumbs up*

so. is this "norfzorf" a product of your own genius? the track wasn't bad...infactitwasratherGOOOOD...the ending could use some touching up, however. a bit...hmm. well, it basically just seemed like the middle of the song and you faded it out or something.

I didn't make the chulk one, but yes the other two are a product of my genius. Have you played shadowgate? It was pretty fun in a really minimal way... slightly annoying when solving a puzzle involves clicking on a super small obscure area of one of many screens though.

i like a good puzzler - especially head-to-head battle puzzlers like Tetris Attack and Super Puzzle Fighter II. Those games are incredibly addictive....
I've yet to touch Shadowgate though...

I played through Shadowgate a long time ago on NES. I liked it, but I was stuck for a large amout of time because I failed to realize that a bucket (the well one) needed to be opened before you could see in it. After that it went smoothly.
The song does sound a lot like Shadowgate music.

I couldn't finish it because, after you get past the feel of entering an otherworldly fantasy and realize that it's just a piece of computer software, you realize the best strategy is to sequentially try every single available option (ie. use torch on wall, use torch on door, use torch on water etc etc... eventually one of the options is the right one) and it's just not fun thinking of it that way. That's a reason why more complex games like doom2 are fun because their chaotic nature makes them harder to solve the problems orderly and systematically.
I made a new melody. I like this one a lot. The build up sucks but it's just to show how it, uh built up. I like the idea of making a simple melody, then spreading it out in time and making the simplicity intricate. That's what I did here:

I remember playing two player tetris when I used to have a friend. That was awesome (on gameboy) I need to make an intelligent cyborg so I can do that again. Actually it shouldn't be as hard as making a real human, because unlike a real human this cyborg's intelligence and other resources would be created for tetris ONLY. It would have no use for legs or an abdomen even, just thumbs to press the buttons... well I guess I'd give it facial expressions so it can annoy me when it's winning by laughing at me and get pissed off when I get a tetris and fill it's screen up with blocks.

i knew the chulk track wasn't yours, you big silly. you must not remember the thread you made promoting the track. that's where i was introduced to the greatness that is chulk.
anyways...i quite enjoy the track. it's cutie. what're you using to make these? just some random nintendo sample, i guess. i'd like to get nanoloop for my gameboy, but it's a bit expensive...so i'll hafta wait. heh.
