hey glass-eater! hey morton! :-)
Good to see you again!

I'm in the middle of moving to another house, which is why
i've been kind of busy in the last weeks.

"i saw him in the online list this morning"

Yeah, this is true. Whenever i get behind a computer i log
on to xltronic, hoping i'll be able to make some posts...
but usually i just anwser my e-mails... and then i have to
go do something else.

Never move! Seriously, it's hell. I can't believe the amount
of junk that people collect :-p And you don't even realise
it until something like this comes up and you have to pack
all your belongings.

We're also moving into a smaller house than before (long
story), which means we have to throw away about half of all
our stuff. Which is okay really... i'm really quite shocked
how much useless junk i had in all of my closets :-p It'll
be good to get rid of everything i don't need. But it's
alot of work though.

I wanted to make a thread about wallpaper :-p Who invented
that stuff? Which evil genius decided it would be a good
idea to glue paper to our walls? Aaargh! Putting up
wallpaper in our new house has been thé most frustrating
thing i've ever done! Oh my god... Everytime i thought it
was hanging straight, i pressed it firmly against the wall,
but when i got to the bottom i realised it wasn't straight
at all. Again and again and again... i wanted to cry :-p And
when it is finally hanging completely straight... there's
probably a huge bubble of air that you hadn't noticed
before... grrrr. I hate wallpaper! If i ever move again i'm
just going to paint the concrete walls!

Anyway, next week is going to be even busier, so expect to
see even less of me here. And then finally on august
30th is the big day when we're really moving into our new
house (we still have to find someone who is able to carry
our washing-machine and antique solid cupboard down the
stairs though). After that things will hopefully calm down a
bit. Altough i don't know if i'll immediately be ab

Hm, too long... just as i suspected:

...immediately be able to get internet working in our new
house... hm... but i hope!

Hey, weren't you supposed to be moving to brazil or
something? Atleast that's what i remembered.

But anyway, i have to go back to packing up more stuff.
Thanks for this thread :-) It really made me feel all warm
and fuzzy inside ;-)

I miss Surrounded, although I'm resentful of his huge
characters-per-post count. Good luck with everything,
blabbermouth!

"I'm resentful of his huge
characters-per-post count.
"

Haha! Well for your information, i'm already out of
The List :-( I guess i've been gone for too long. But
i plan to reach #1 on the toughest posters list by the end
of this year :-p

"Good luck with everything,
blabbermouth!
"

Yeah, thanks alot!
As you can see, we got internet working again, so i can
finally start posting here again.

All my cd's are still packed in boxes though. I'm still
waiting for my shelves to be put back up on the wall so that
i can store them there. Right now i've only got 5 or 6 cd's
to listen to, all the rest is in sealed boxes and very hard
to reach...

the horror... the horror... i miss all my beautiful music!

"hope the moving will go fine"

Well we made it. And nothing broke or got lost, so i guess
you could say it went alright :-)

The house is still a mess though... there are so many things
still to do. And also the old house still needs to be
entirely cleaned... so it isn't really over yet. But at
least now we're officially living here :-)

"hope you enjoy the new place"

Thanks! It is very nice! Now that all the furniture is here,
it's really starting to look cozy and i feel quite at home
here :-)
