of course not :) that's not the issue either. I think, in general, a lot of people have a misconception about seeing a shrink; i.e. that you are a nutcase when you're seeing one. But that's as far away from the truth as you can possibly come. We've all been taught to deal with our own problems (read: suppress, which is NOT a good thing, believe me), but let's face, sometimes you need help dealing with serious issues regarding your personal life. |

now this is fucked up! I've known for quite some time now that my shrink has had cancer, and I just got off the phone with his wife, who told me that he passed away two weeks ago. I never realized he was this ill. sad. |
