i am looking for a free audio editor, all it needs to do is be able to cut and paste wave pretty much, if anyone knows of a freeware tool for windows capable give a link........and to make the mission a little harder, if a german version is available it would be even better.....thanks

forgot to mention it has to be legal, to be used in internet cafe.......altho trust me every other audio editor i already gots lol, so hard to find legal stuff these days...

Basic as it is, Sound Recorder for Windows (look in Accessories\Entertainment in your start bar) can do everything you mention. Internet Cafe machines will probably have it already...
