so, i had Not For Threes and Double Figure. i liked them
very much, but i thought "ok, i have enough Plaid for now!
and i know what it's like"

...and someone just gave me 'Uneasy Listening' and 'Summit'
from Trainer tonight. i'm like - whoa °_°
i was so wrong!! never heard anything like that before by
Plaid...

if all of Trainer is this quality i'm buying it someday : )

(...and can BoC make any surprises like that? i don't
believe it can...)

I bought Double Figure - it was the first Plaid I owned....
I found it enjoyable. I don't own any other Plaid though.

Trainer is very much old school sounds, not really like
their later works. Still the black dog stuff is as
enjoyable now as it ever was.

Disc 1 of Trainer is oldskool as fuck. Brilliant.

yeah, plaids work with black dog is great, much like their
music is now (i think)

ken's recent stuff has been...erm...yeah.

his solo tracks on "bytes" were amazing. too bad he still
doesnt make stuff like it. trainer is great in any case. i
like tracks like angry dolphin and uland especially. balil
rocks it.

Trainer = Very good

The second disc is one of my favourite study discs. Very
good late night music.

as for BoC, I was pretty surprised when the AFOT-thingy
showed up. Lots of great material there, imo.
