i've been watching ABC phobia, and so far there is
absolutely no evidence pointing to a terrorist attack being
the cause. And luckily, everyone is NYC is apparently taking
this rather calmly accordnig to news crews. The main concern
is what will happen when night falls...

phobia - the entire northeast US and parts of southeast
canada are on a specific power grid that this entire area
shares. according to ABCNews, the problem may have
originated in Ottawa - something about Niagara (forgets
