i think it's either 'most shity' or 'shitiest' althought i dunno if thats an accepted, so i'd go with 'most shity'
ehehhhe
anyway the book was FANTASTIC, i've read all of herberts stuff, they are dense and full of details which i love. really makes me feel like i'm in that other world.
the 1984 movie coulda been A LOT better, and at first i thought it kinda sucked......till i saw STING in those lil wing thingies <--also not really a word - but i've grown to really like it. i liked the remakes a lot produced by the sci fi channel!

qrter,
Its too hot. Let me see its pretenscious, the pacing of the film is very slow, it lacks any tension, its lacks charm, the characters are boring, the science is all over the place. No identifiable characters as I recall just a load of hippy gabble about the power of 'the spice'. Just complete gibberish and silliness as I recall. Some of the music is good though.

nacmat,
No at all. I thought the Matrix Reloaded was utterly pharsical and completely ott. I actually thought it was extremely funny. It had its moments but was pretty shit. Good effects but not a patch on T2. In fact I was never a big fan of the first one but I thought it was ok. On the shitometre I think it probably scores a good 7 out 10.

British flick! Ahhhhhhhhh I run a mile from British movies. They are so piss poor its unreal. We British have no idea how to make a decent movie. Its funny how the British directors and stuff say the films need more support ya di ya and can't understand why our films aren't more successful. The answer is because they're crap and boring and the acting is so shit and they're full of class stereotypes which are usually so far of the bleedin' mark and the characters and situations have no basis in reality ahhhhh! Ok rant over.

i don't think you can define "good" without just using a lesser-used word that basically means the same thing..
or saying "not bad" in some way or another..
