just need to change a couple of the songs a bit, and yeah,
it'll pretty much be ready for em to send out.

im also working on a hip-hop album with my friend tanner.

 | disassemble, wow, kranky like your stuff? that's quite a compliment; they're such a great label. best of luck to you,
and if you have any mp3's online matching the description
you just provided for your demo, i'd be very interested in
 hearing.

giginger, dj shadow already remixed the william tell
overture for a reebok ad two or three years ago. it's hyper
and perfect for the ad (think the scene in a clockwork
orange scored by the original piece). have you checked out

 | titsworth, yeah its quite a surprise to me as well...
i sent the first demo on a whim, didnt even think theyd like
it, let alone reply. but they did and wanted more. so i was
 quite happy

they felt my work was inconsistant though, but still had
something different about it then the loads of drone demos
they get all the time. they felt if i took more time with
it, it would pay off. im hoping so too.

i might post a track or something online, im not sure. they
are mostly on disc. if i do ill let you know for sure.

 | Im currently in the first stage of designing my own synthesizer. It will use additive synthesis techniques
similar in theory to hammond organs.
It will have an array of 16 or maybe 32 sliders so one can
'draw' the waveforms which will be produced.

I still need to decide how to produce all the harmonics
which are added (or not) to create the complex sounds.
Anyone with any electronics knowledge wanna gimme a hint. Im
thinking a tuned comb filter circuit, or possibly starting
with a higher master frequency then using a 74HC4040 (i
think) programmable divider to divide it up into
 16ths,8ths,12ths,10ths,etc.etc.

Also Im busy making some leftfield style music for a change,
and saving for a korg MS20 and akai Z8, to be bought
probably in that order in the next few months.

 | Well my thesis in on game design. I was originally going to do a fps but after reading the RDJ RPG thread I changed it
to an rpg. Admittedly the thesis is mostly theoretical and
the only concrete element that will be implemented is the
scripting engine but I plan to carry on from there an
implement a full blown game engine. I need this for a demo
for jobs anyway. Don't get me wrong this may take ages but I
won't give up. I'll keep you guys posted and I'll need a bit
of help content-wise when I get near the end of the engine
 implementation.

 | wish i could read that. polish is it?
anyways, i'm not terribly busy. just really lazy about the
few things i'm doing. i'd like to get together enough decent
tracks to put out a small three or four track demo, but
alas, i feel that everything i've done to date is unworthy
of something like this. someday, hopefully.

other than that i'm doing some stuff with kochlear and
earvalve which i'm really pleased with (though realistically
i haven't done too much at this point). hope this goes
 somewhere interesting.

then i'm still roughing out my html skills here and there.
i'd like to get a better site together to host all my "art"
oriented shit. hmm. then there's anime...and comic
books...and video games. oh yes, video games. SWG, diablo2
(still waiting for that damned 1.1 patch to come out),
gunbound, CS, and i'd like to beat jedi academy as a dark
jedi, too (shut up). fun game (no...shut up). looking
forward to a few others here soon.

hmm. working, too. work is good. waiting for my insurance
settlement to come and save my ass from rotting away into
nothing. god it's gonna be good to have some financial
 backing. hoo.

and yeah. there's a lot written here because it's really
late, i'm really bored, and i don't feel like going to bed
just yet. so eat me. sorry.
