i've never been arrested, so forgive this dumb question.....but do you get a mug shot EVERY time you're arrested? for some reason i thought they only did it once....and subsequent arrests they didn't do it? ehehheh anyway i think this whole arrest and car accident with yasmine changed her life, which is a good thing. i think it was a reality check (she talked about it like that in an interview later) that she was destroying herself with drugs.... i've don't suppose anyone looks good or is happy when being arrested, but i could be wrong. =0) |

It seems to depend on what department, and what you get arrested for. Usually if you've never been arrested by that department before you'll get your picture taken. Some police stations even take pictures of tattoos, scars and birthmarks. I was when I was 15 for breaking and entering. I had my picture taken. I was arrested a few more times back then, but I can't remember much about them. I was arrested recently, which I am not proud of, for a charge I cannot even remember, and they took a bunch of pictures, including a mugshot. Cops are wierd sometimes. |

Niethor do I, I got put on probation for a year for freakin 2nd degree misdemeanor. The scariest part is how much money it ends up costing. I had to pay close to $500 for something stupid. |

the thing about family matters is that they would present funny situations with bad things (alcohol, speed) and then after you were done laughing they'd basically scold you for laughing at it. |
