He was meant to be working on a DVD for warp containing his
vids, I dunno if it will ever happen though as everything
has one quiet and there is no proper info available.

It's supposed to be a collection of old stuff (e.g. music
videos + adverts + flex + monkey drummer). The Warp one was
supposed to be new collaborations with Tom and Richard but
has probably been canned.

it gets released in the UK it will be £19.99.
