 | What do y'all use for this? I experimented with Bittorrent but thats slow as a falidimite tortoise. So now i'm using
Kazaa Lite, but it's notorious for fakes, like T3 could be
Bicentenial Man or some pish like that....

 | I think it's almost impossible to aviod a fake now and then...

However, I always use eMule. But for beginners that program
can seem a little...too much work. But trust me, you can
find much more movies and much more strange things like 80's
movies and a lot of TV series and stuff like that.

If you do get eMule, be sure to read the "manual" because
you have to add some servers to the program via weblinks to
 "serverlists".

eMule is often, if it's not a very popular file, very slow.
On average you get about 5-6kb/s but with popular stuff you
 can get 90kb/s easy.

 | i use kaZaA-lite for it, if you dont want to get fake ones use the verified downloads site, its easy, just hit the
sig2dat button and it will be automatically add to your dl
 list

its only very slow sometimes but you can use the accelerator
to speed it up or find the same file in the search field

 | eMule is slow if you've got a LowID, which no one seems to know what causes. I used to be LowID when I first got my
broadband and when I was on modem but now it's pretty good.

I've learnt to wait for stuff I want so it's not a problem
anymore. eMule has the most exotic stuff I've seen yet in
such a open P2P environment. Stuff that you normally find at
 closed DC hubs or FTP's.

 | I use Kazaa lite and check them with DivFix. The sig2dat thing definitely gives you the right files but whenever I
use that it gives me the ones on lowest bandwith! Just look
very carefully for fakes, download like 20mg and then check
 it in DivFix.

If you're in America don't even bother doing this anymore
cause RIAA will sue your ass.

 | eMule relies, as far I understand, heavily on other servers. If you connect to a "bad" server you'll get a LowID assigned
and you can basically wait forever to get something. But
with the serverlist (I posted a link above) you'll get a
fresh batch of servers to connect to.

I also depends a little on how much you specify in upload
speed. If you share at 5kb/s it seems that you'll wait a bit
longer in line. 15 to 20kb/s is ok, and pretty much near my
 crappy ISP's limit for uploads.

 | to get way most out of emule, there's a catalog www.sharereactor.com(this site can be slow). The files, and
there are lots, are all the real thing. Just click add file
 and then emule start dwl.
