But wasps are very attentive :o Once they decide to fly
around my face they never give up, the stripey little twots.

A high-pressure garden hose can take care of that
problem...

;)

God I was attacked by one presumably after my tuna sandwich
on Friday, and I had to run down the road, waving my hands
around my head in front of hundreds of people, while it
tried to insert itself into my ear :(

Go to Greggs and get a tuna crunch, they're great, even if
they are missing sweetcorn!

Euurgh! I've never seen a wasp trying to 'have it off' with
someones ear! I might draw a picture of it now...

Garden hose is all fine and well and can be quite effective,
but attracts stares when one is carried around town on a
saturday, and it gets in the way of my shopping bags.

I was stung all over by bees when I was young. I disturbed a
nest in a sand bank and was attacked by hundreds of them. I
was lumpy for ages. At least bees die once they sting you,
and it's last resort self defense. Wasps do it out of spite.

I've actually only ever been stung by a bee/wasp once, and
that was when I punched one. And let me tell you. It was
worth it.

Anus - get a steak bake while you're in Greggs, you won't
regret it
