I was gonna go today but said fuck it. I love the first

it's purely a visual thing - i bet the movie sucks
dingleberries, but the visuals ought to be ball-twitching

Don't go and see it, it is verry weak as a sequel. It is not
the most shite film out therre by anymeans but it lets the
otherr two down something rrotten. It was bad frrom the
starrt with the starr shaped glasses. T1 was a fucking
thrrillerr not a comedy. This took it too farr.

I'm suspect about it for so many reasons - a female
terminator; pointless story; Arnie's facelifts; 12A
certification; Daleks.

But it is the fucking Terminator. Maybe I'll go next week.

i liked it though the guy who played john conner was a shite
actor. and claire danes was a whiny bitch throughout the
whole film. if they made a T4 the should get eddie furlong
to play conner. it would have been MUCH better had he been
in it.

I agrree 100%, it would have been grreat if he had taken on
the parrt again.

I was thinking about that... if they made a T4 what would
the plot be. The starrt - middle - end?

better. But i had LOW expectations.

i like nick stahl
he was very good in 'in the bedroom' and 'bully'

a much better actor than edward furlong.

it was alright, Danes and Stahl were good... though the
whole film seemed rushed and had way too much comedy for a
Terminator film. There were some interesting parts but I
just cant help but feel that with a more talented director
it could have been much, much better. I personally would
have liked Ridley Scott to have directed. It wasn't as bad
as it could have been though.

I'm kinda glad Cameron didn't direct, i'd rather see the
Battle Angel Alita film he's working on than T3.

I'd give T3 **1/2

T1 ****
T2 ****1/2

I'll probably go to see it.

but to get a former model to play the terminator - please.
it feels kind of offensive - "yeah, we'll put some babe in
leather and everybody'll love it". FUCK OFF!!

what a cheap and obvious trick.

but, like I said, I'll still see go and see it..

they should do a film where it's just set in the future and
conner and his crew fight the machines, that'd be a good
movie, but leave arnie out of it, i bet T3 is just a typical
hollywood money spinner, i mean come on, no james
camron?????

The plot was a bit thin, but if you can get past that then
its a fun film to watch. Some of the scenes were corny as
god knows what, but funny all together. Such as that scene
where the T-x creates modem sounds from her mouth. Or the
scene in which Arnold aquires his clothing.

yeah what the crap. arnold was the comic relief in this
film!

i thought it kept well with the story, brought the whole
thing futher along, but me and my brother agreed that it
should have stopped after T2.

how is this girly Terminatrix better than the Robert Patrick
Terminator?

I mean, as a model in a continually developing series of
robots?

what I heard from it, it sounds like the Patrick one was a
better version.

the TX can create weapons and tools (with moving parts) at
will, the other one could only change its shape.

offline promo from United Kingdom on 2003-08-03 11:39 [#00806625]

Yeah the whole film is shite without the original cast. It
needed Linda Hamilton and Edward Furlong. Crikey a T3 movie
without Linda Hamilton is just fucking stupid. Can you
believe the half wit producers felt it was a good idea to
kill off Hamilton's role and make her not the centre piece.
That is apparently why she didn't go for it. Crikey all they
had to do was chop and change the script anything to get her
on board. If they'd had the original cast and characters
this movie could have been one of the biggest follow up
movies ever. Why do they get it so wrong? I mean its like
the Matrix Reloaded what a bag of shite. The first one was
ok there was the novelty factor but the second was just
complete rot.

I am not going to watch T3. Its not a Terminator movie
without the original characters. Blah.

I want to see it, I expect it to be dumb popcorn cinema so I
can't be disapointed.

The TX is overrated though... not that hot. I'd rather
Claire Danes.

[geek]She's more powerful than the T-1000 though... she can
do everything he can do, and more. He couldn't change
himself into complex machines, like guns, but she
can[/geek]

But Robert Patrick is just much cooler than her and I'd
expect him to beat her ass anyway. The underdog always wins
in that series.

LOL, he wasn't saying he was cooler, just that she wasn't
more advanced.

The film needed an extra 30 mins for a stronger story and a
decent director who can direct more than just action.
