He will be an independant arbitor- he doesn't hold grudges and he won't look for an excuse to ban person X just because he dislikes them. Earthleakage is correct- impartiality is an absolute quality. Perhaps if I wished to be precise, I ought to of said "No one is truly impartial, but Teapot is nearer to reaching impartiality than most people here." Anus: I won't name names, but one of them is a very popular choice and the other is a bit less well known. |
