its weird. i go to sleep at 7 am and wake up at noon.
despite five hours of sleep i'm seemingly wide awake
throughout the day and night, and its nice because i don't
miss much of anything during those early morning hours.
i'm bored. anyone else here have a strange sleep schedule?

Do you normally eat before you go to sleep mimi? If you do
then this is probably why you need so much sleep and feel
like crap after less than 12 hrs of sleep. Since I stopped
eating before I sleep I have felt much better when i wake
up, and i only need 6-8 hours of sleep to feel good

i hate sleep, waste of time i think, only one good reason to
be in bed i can think of. No rest for the wicked as they
say.

around 2:30-3:30pm

sleep around 2:30am and waking up at like 12:30
so yeah

I've been going to bed at 12:00pm and waking up at 9:00pm.
It's pretty stupid.

i usually go to sleep at 11 pm...or at least try to.

but the thing is no matter when i go to bed, i ALWAYS wake
up at 7 am (on weekends as well) and don't feel like
sleeping anymore, which is somewhat funny.

so to have a sufficient sleep (about eight hours for me)
i've nothing to do but go to bed early... no choice for me
left here, really :)

I get between 4-5 hours a night. That seems fine for me. I
feel shit in the afternoon but then fine around 6'ish. From
then I'm good.

I did that too- worked a treat.

It's great. That's why I go for lunch so late. Then I know
there's less time to go after it. Makes sense to me anyway.
