On the whole - probably not. I only ever bought about 10 -
15 games for it. And about 3 were any cop.

the dreamcast has some quality titles, get it, and find
somewhere you can get gdrom images,.. then it is a
worthwhile purchase,.. if you can't be bothered going
through all the searching to get games, then don't bother

style) "sega dreamcast"!!

they are worth their weight in gold.

you can play dreamcast games (downloadable from newsgroups),
NES games, SNES games, Gameboy Games, Genesis games, Atari
games, etc, etc.. all without a modchip.

visit dcemulation.com for more information.

I'm a happy owner of a Dreamcast... but mine's busted, you
can't keep the CD lid down unless you put something on it. I
only bought a couple of games for it, Sonic Adventure and
Resident Evil: Code Veronica. That latter is one of best of
the series, you might have played it on PS2 anyway. There's
some more good games, Shenmue comes to mind... but it died
for a reason. It's no PS2. Pick it up anyway, there's some
gems.

I remember there was this GREAT looking 3-D Castlevania game
that was due out for Dreamcast, but it got cancelled. :_-(

Shenmue, Jet Set Radio and Soul Calibur are all good reasons
to get a Dreamcast, but theyre all a bit dated now, with
sequels coming out on other platforms.

I'd get it, and playing burned games on it is so easy. Good
fun.

phantasy star online is solid!
shenmue 2 is nice! real nice!
jet grind radio was kinda cool.
crazy taxi is nuts, and Worms Armageddon is a must!

Dreamcast really was an OK console, it just had SO many bad
games and of course going out of business(?) for a
while...blah....

oh yeah, Skies of Arcadia was a reall good RPG for
Dreamcast. like the only good one. Made good use of the
VMU unit thingy. Yeah.....

worms armageddon...they have it for the equivalent of 5
dollars!!! bargain!

shenmue 2 is excellent. get the original as well. and if you
haven't, buy soul caliber, sonic adventure and virtua
tennis. the dreamcast, much like the underrated saturn, had
some great titles in its short lifespan.

soul caliber? ok will most def check it out.....
yep , i think the dreamcast is really ok...i have the ps2
also but its so sensitive it has a mind of its own,i have to
beg it to play some games!!

what i like about sega is that the graphics are always
big.....

Virtua tennis is one of the funnest games I've ever played,

i've had three dreamcasts in my lifetime and every single
one of the broke. seriously, they seem to just die without
warning, but a lot of the games are good, like phantasy star
online and chu chu rocket. although i think phantasy star
online for dreamcast is overrun by hackers now.

damn i thought it was more solid than the playstation2?
chu chu rocket i ll get tomorow as well then!! with virtua
tennis , soul caliber and worms....the fact that these games
are actualy in the store i bought it is pure luck....i
remember all of the above stated being there for less than a
trip to my local !! :D

again thanx
