nap:
the breef sleep one has right after lunch time.
in spain lunch time ends at 3:30pm more or less, and the nap
can go from 30 minutes to really long naps of even 2 hours.

1 hour nap is a good measure.

do you sleep nap at your countries?
not only on vacation but in normal working days?

I love nap

you're talking about siesta? Everybody seems to take them in
certain countries.
When I haven't slept much during the night, I can take a nap
at lunch (eating no lunch at home). I usually eat my lunch
at school (during class) anyway.

Oh my God, you get to SLEEP on workdays? That's almost too
good to be true, man... I got like a pathetic half hour
lunch break last summer, I barely had time to do anything. I
fell asleep in the back of an ambulance once and almost got
fired though, the bigwig wasn't impressed at all.

Now, napping in its other definition... I'm a pro at that. I
usually sleep 3-4 hours a night, but I make up for it with
naps during the day.

not everybody has the time to take a nap while working days

some people here have this working timetable:

9am-2pm / break for lunch/ 5pm-8pm

and as they have a 3 hour break for lunch they can go home
to have lunch and even an hour nap

but if you have just 2 hours or 1 hour for break then you
cant have the nap

in spain nap is disappearing slowly as many works begin to
have short breaks for lunch (more european)

europeisation is a little bothering sometimes, but what
othere option do we have?

traditions are being deleted in this whole world...
