flattery... although I have a strange feeling you're poking
fun... ah well, good job... I thought this was me for a

yes yes, they're amazing.

i just got their 'rimur rimur' ep
its a collaboration with an icelandic poet.. i've only heard
two tracks so far, but it sounds pretty nice. i think i'll
have to get used to the icelandic chanting, but the musical
accompaniment is fantastic of course.

i hope it doesnt take too terribly long to make their next
album, though im sure it will.

damn i wanted to get that ep, it was a choice between that
and the soundtrack for the 2002 documentary film Hlemmur so
i chose the later.

if you've not heard the music from the movie.....you can d/l
some samples Sigur Ros Mp3's

good choice, i prefur 'hlemmur' over 'rimur rimur' myself.
its like a weird mix of quirkiness and tragic gorgeousness.
i'd like to see the film it was made for.

its also really neat to hear their weird little electronic
experiments on hlemmur, i hope they integrate that sort of
thing in with their future proper albums more.

I saw this dvd/cd thing in a music store the other day...
there wasn't a title or anything that I could see on it...
anyone know what this is?
