DJ Xammax,

Quite. Its trite but like you say who cares? People read
gossip collumns or whatever its harmless. People are people
if they're famous or not I don't think about it. Obviously
it seems to effect a lot of you guys. I feel superior
anyways so ain't gonna effect me.

Celebrities are the carrot.

People who give a shit about their lives, or use them as
role-models are the donkeys.

Obviously someone cares, that's why these fucking columnists
keep us updated on which sleb has been caught enjoying a
sunbathe with their tits out. Which sleb has been putting on
a few pounds. Which sleb has dyed their hair! I've never met
anyone sad enough to feel the need to keep up to date on
celebs and I hope I never do.

I'm done.

Who cares is the people writing this garbage, the
celebrities, and their agents. It's a classic war of
attrition - wear down the people's resolve by constantly
talking about celebrities, and eventually you'll get a
nation of people who've forgotten about important issues,
and live their lives reading garbage, eating garbage, and
thinking garbage.

If you ask me its so trite, typical and adolecent to bring
up these topics. It takes a petty mind to spend one's time
worrying about frikken' McDonalds and a couple of celebs.
Who cares whether some losers decide to read some drivel
about Celebs? People enjoy pap leave em to it. That said its
harmless so either way who cares?

I'm not really a hater, but some of this shit makes me
squirm (not in the good way) - all that shit about "Oh my
idea of a wicked night is do drink 2 martinis and hang out
with other people who are on TV and in movies a lot and get
my picture taken for womens magazines".

I reckon I have more fun than that on a fucking weeknight.

And people seriously follow this shit, too. Like think of
all the girls that would scream and feint if they got a
phonecall from ...say Ricky Martin.

Seriously, what the fuck.

I don't get all this shit - it's like your life is not
interesting enough so you try to follow all these famous
peoples' lives, or something..

That's textbook insanity, deslusional hebephrenic type
schizophrenia.

and everyone fucking does it!

That's it! I'm going into the woods with a fucking 1,000,000
candle power torch, a shitload of porn and .........I dunno
what else. A fire truck. Yeah.

The System of Celebrity adds another pressure upon the
masses to conform to an 'Idealism' thrust upon them, another
tool of manipulation - calling it harmless is way off the
mark I believe.

I've always dreamt of being famous. Earning money while
making music. That's the best life I could ever wish for.
But becoming a celebrity is the worst thing ever. It's like
selling your body to the public. It's insane.

thanks for the back-up, travis - it's nice that some people

another happy way of keeping the population in check.

No, I'm speaking up for the population. If the population
WEREN'T in check, then the level of corruption and
manipulation wouldn't be happening. It needs individuals to
talk about this, to help counteract the foetid crap that is
propogated by the mainstream media, by the government and
its agencies, and by the Big Corporations.

If your agenda was to make lots of money with minimum
effort, opiating and oppression would be two natural aims.

It really is school boy garbage that you're uttering. All I

so much of the world IS a fucking mess...

promo, you're talking out of ur "far superior" arse again.
You seem to lack any critical thought and seem to agree with
all mass culture/mass thought. There is so much shit in the
world, but not enough people know about it, in order to
change it. Try reading some books, if u wanna know about big
corporations fucking people over then read "Fast Food
Nation", perfect example of big corporations (i.e. food
chains) exploiting people and getting away with it.
