 | heya... earlier this summer I was playing Goonies 2 (NES). It was
one of the first games I ever finnished so I decided to play
it again (also it's real fun and has great music).
Anyway, now I have some troubles. E.g. I sometimes can
locate goonies using the locator-device but I can't find
their cages! Dunno why, but there might of course be an item
 that I do not have.
Also where is the scubadiving-suit? I opened a safe and it
saids it's in a green cave. I think there's only one green
cave, and all I can find in there is the coat.
Also. Is there more than one secret door in the waterfalls?
I found Konamiman in one, but that doesn't help really
 much.
I just need help to find something, so I can continiue. But
at the moment I think I'm really stuck...
I have tried every door and everything I think, but I'm not
 sure.
My unableness to locate goonies (in their cages/cells)
inside rooms [when I know they are there, using the
 locating-device] is also a mystery.
If you know what to do, please help.

 | yeah I figured so... but I dunno why I can't find it.
I need nothing more than the regular
fist/hammer to get it? (maybe a key to)

 | ok had to load it up and refresh my memory.. go right from the room where you found the waterproof vest and then go up
a screen.. use the hammer on the blank/plain part of the
wall and a door appears, then go inside and youll be in an
empty room.. youse the glasses to see the safe and open it
 to get the waterproof suit.

 | thats like.. one of the first things you get in the game mr. bobble.

head back to the basement area, just below the warehouse
where you started the game. Climb the ladders down one more
level, head left and go through the door and you'll go to
the cave lookin place with the red background. go all the
way to the left and go through the door here to the arctic
place, go left, down the ladder, and head right to yet
another door. it's dark, head forward. Use the hammer on
the front wall to get the safe, and unlock it to get the
 glasses, yarr~.

weeks ago when I was into it for a short while) when I
played it checked each door I came across because I knew I
 had missed something.

 | yay! now I have the glasses... I guess the reason for that I "missed" this of all the doors
I checked and everything is that I figured this "room(s)"
 Was for the Boomerang only.
but it sure wasn't... thanks again!

 | me too!
 *mumbling under breath*
doo de doo duh do do do do
doo de doo duh do do do do

consequently, the goonies DVD is quite good too. it has the
missing octopus scene, and the 'joint smoking' scene, and an
on screen commentary track by the grown up goonies.

supposedly there is a Goonies movie sequal in the works as
 well.
