I have an avi of a dvd rip of a studio's dvd of a movie
that's now in theaters... I had to convert this to mpeg and
then to ifo/vob..

but I apparently still need 'VIDEO_TS.IFO' and
'VIDEO_TS.BUP' .. are these absolutely vital? what can I do
to create these
