every morning I used to have macdonalds, it was on the way to work, and was unavoidable, as it was the only place we stopped before work, then I realised that there was a subway restaurant tucked away nearby, so I've been eating there lately, I noticed that my headaches I used to get every morning have dissappeared, then yesterday morning I had macca's again, and sure enough I got a headache again, so if you get headaches and you eat macdonalds, maybe it's time to take the bigmac out of your daily routine |

you can get breakfast at subway? ive been a migraine sufferer (at leat one a week) for 20 years. when i stopped eating meat.. and subsequently stopped eating at mcdonalds and such, i noticed a significant decrease in the frequency and intensity of my migraines.. |

wow, so I'm not the only one,... subway doesn't have a breakfast menu or anything, I just order it for breakfast italian bmt with roast chicken fillets, meatball sauce and ceaser sauce, I walk into the store, and as soon as they spot me they start making it, no questions asked.. it's great |
