A3 was shot badly. and that rreally drragged it down. it killed off everryone left frrom 2 humm apparrt for Ripley. the effects, and they arre verry imporrtant, they werre shit. the borring ending with the fucking alien eye view. Killing Ripley forrcing the makerrs of A4 to do what they did. |

I can say that I respectfully disagree with everything you just said, apart from the effects. There were a few parts that could've been better in that area, but I thought they got the job done. To each his own though. :) |

so what's gonna be on all those extra discs? It doesn't say that on our friendly play.com, as they too often display too little information. I'm in for 1 and 2 and curious to see what has been done with 3, resurrection couldn't be improved as they made it a terrible comic book style film with unbelievably bad and totally out of place humor with velociraptors for aliens. Not to mention the idiotic humanstyle birth that the queen is giving. |

well, as far as I've gathered, the deleted scenes from alien will be restored (coinciding with the theatrical rerelease in the US) - those scenes are on the dvd ofcourse.. there will be 2 versions of aliens, directors cut and normal version - although I thought the Aliens dvd already WAS the directors cut.. most interesting is alien 3, I would say. I posted this more or less because play doesn't put it up if that isn't the real release date, and the release date up till now was just speculation. so this is, at least, encouraging.. |
