what i made for 6 people

1. amuse: crouton, bocconcini, olive concassé, tomato,
chive.

2. salad of yellow beets, apples, walnuts, chevre
tournevent, 50 year sherry vinegrette.

3. cream of cauliflower soup, roasted cauliflower, croutons,
olive oil.

4. potato gnocchi, red pepper jus, asparagus

5. roasted duck magret, duck fat-new potatoes, wild mushroom
ragoût, foie gras sauce

6. cheese: brie de meaux & st. basil, from quebec, hazelnut
and raisin bread.

7. crèpes and strawberries, marscapone-cream-goat cheeses

8. pecan brownie, banana ice cream, dark chocolate sauce

that some tasty food
a different cheese you could have used is wensleydale with
cranberry and there is a some at my supermarket i thinks a
mainly english thing but its 5 cheeses all squashed into 1
it goes with anything
very tasty

okies so i've always wanted to visit montreal....and i'm
prolly gonna get hungry once in a while.....SO

lets say you prepare the same meal.....for ONE....leave off
course 5 tho (yuck on ze duck) and i'll just pop by for a
