you got a crappy property and did it up... but how did you find the property? and how did you know you'd be able to make a profit? look at similar houses selling prices? I'm thinking of doing similar, but need a job before i can qualify for a loan.. unless i can find an investor to split the profits with. |

our county government was about to forclose on the house. i purchaced it for a small bit more than what they were going to give her. i knew it would make a profit because it was a piece of shit in a nice neighborhood. structurally, it was very sound. it just needed alot of aesthetic work. |

Give me 8000 English pounds (that's probably about $12-13k, but I'm not sure). Then I can pay for my Lithuanian girlfriend to study in the UK and we can thus stay together!!!! Thank you in advance :) Seriously though, if I were you I'd invest it in something else and make some more cash. Spend a little bit on some of the things you want (maybe $5k max) and then invest the rest. There's obviously nothing you *really* want or need that will cost $30k, otherwise you wouldn't have asked for our suggestions. Good luck and enjoy the cash! |
